Training only

ScamSmarts is skills practice and a record of who completed it. It is not a security product, a certification, or legal, compliance or insurance advice.

We don't promise any outcome. Training can't prevent every scam, cyberattack or fraud, and tactics change constantly. Keep your own security controls, and get professional advice for compliance decisions.

Brand names in examples

Practice examples imitate the kind of messages scammers send, and some mention real companies, products or websites so they look realistic. Those names belong to their owners. Their use doesn't mean those companies are involved with, endorse or sponsor ScamSmarts, or that they did anything wrong.

Plans and payment

• Free practice covers up to 25 learners per organization. We may change free limits with notice.
• ScamSmarts Records is an annual plan: $990 per organization per year plus $36 per user per year, billed in advance. See pricing.
• Each plan year runs twelve months from purchase. It renews only if you choose to renew, at the price shown when you renew.
• A founding price lock keeps your per-year price at the list price you first paid for each consecutive year you renew. It ends if the plan lapses.
• You can stop at any time; the current plan year runs to its end. Fees already paid aren't refunded except where the law requires.

Your responsibilities

• Invite only people you are allowed to train, and keep sign-in links to yourself.
• Don't enter patient information or other sensitive records. See privacy.
• Don't copy the training content to build or sell a competing product.
